Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, unsprayed, and in the same condition in which it was received. All original seals, protective wrapping, labels, and packaging must remain intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

For hygiene, safety, and product-integrity reasons, fragrances that have been opened, sprayed, tested, used, altered, or removed from their original sealed packaging cannot be returned.

To request a return, contact us at mkselect.official@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and the return address. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. KOR SELECT is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to an error by KOR SELECT, contact us immediately with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. If the claim is approved, KOR SELECT will cover the applicable return shipping cost.
